La rénovation de cet authentique loft en Argentine a été mené par son propriétaire, Guido qui voulait un endroit semblable à ce que l'on trouve à New-York.  Situé dans un ancien entrepôt, il ne possédait ni gaz, ni électricité, et c'est avec son ami architecte Federico Chavaño, de Chavaño Elías Arquitectos, qu'il a pu réalisé son rêve avec l'aide de son père pour les travaux, avec un budget maîtrisé. The renovation of this authentic loft in Argentina was led by its owner, Guido, who wanted a place similar to what you find in New York. Located in an old warehouse, it had neither gas nor electricity, and it was with his architect friend Federico Chavaño, from Chavaño Elías Arquitectos, that he was able to make his dream come true with the help of his father for the work, with a controlled budget.
