Ce loft aux murs de briques se situe dans une ancienne école de l'époque victorienne à Londres, transformée en immeuble résidentiel dans les années 1980. Sa grande hauteur sous plafond a permis de l'aménager comme un duplex, avec un plan original et une mezzanine, sa cuisine étant à l'étage, et le salon où trône un canapé rose, et une chambre au premier niveau. Il est éclairé par les trois hautes fenêtres de la bâtisse d'origine qui lui confèrent une grande luminosité.
Ses briques anciennes ont été laissées apparentes ou ont été peintes en blanc selon les pièces où elles se trouvent. Avec le parquet ancien et patiné, elles sont des traces du passé qui ont été soigneusement conservées. La grande cuisine verte est un lieu convivial où chacun aime à se réunir, même si une salle à manger au sol en damier est également disponible pour les repas. Its high ceilings have allowed it to be converted into a duplex with an original floor plan, with the kitchen on the first floor and the living room with a pink sofa and bedroom on the first floor. It is illuminated by the three high windows of the original building which give it a lot of light.
The old bricks have been left exposed or painted white depending on the room. Together with the old and patinated parquet floor, they are traces of the past that have been carefully preserved. The large green kitchen is a convivial place where everyone likes to meet, although a dining room with a chequered floor is also used for meals. An office area has been installed in this large room.
