Situé en Suède dans un immeuble contemporain, il a une surface au sol de 35m2, et sa hauteur sous plafond de 4,25m ainsi que sa baie vitrée en double hauteur lui donne une impression de volume qui ne vous fait pas penser que vous êtes dans un petit appartement.
Sa décoration au design sobre se décline en gris et un vert olive subtil, une ambiance assez neutre qui gagnerait sans doute à être dynamisé par une teinte un peu plus vive. Le sol en microciment, et l'escalier en acier noir mat, se marient parfaitement au design de la cuisine ouverte aux portes grises laqué mat et au plan de travail en inox. Il se dégage de l'ensemble une élégance et un luxe discret mais réel pour un appartement de petite surface. Les luminaires Formakami, les chaises en velours, et le fauteuil en bois et lin, trouvent naturellement leur place dans cet intérieur certes petit aussi raffiné qu'un appartement plus vaste.
