C'est le microciment qui a été utilisé pour rénover cet appartement ancien à Madrid. L'architecte d'intérieur María Querencia en collaboration avec l'entreprise Homecret a planifié entièrement le réaménagement de tous les espaces, pour en faire un véritable appartement show-room. Cet appartement ancien rénové est devenu une véritable vitrine du savoir faire de l'architecte et de l'entreprise qui a réalisé les revêtements en microciment.
Ce revêtement ressemblant à du béton ciré est d'une texture douce et mate, peut être appliqué directement sur de multiples surfaces et ne génère pas de débris, ce qui en fait un matériau idéal pour une rénovation contemporaine. Les traces du passé sont encore présentes, avec les poutres de bois patinées, datant de la construction du bâtiment datant de 1910. Les volets intérieurs d'origine, décapés, sont mariés à une décoration contemporaine personnalisée qui font de cet appartement ancien rénové, un lieu unique et chaleureux. Microcement was used to renovate this old flat in Madrid. The interior designer María Querencia, in collaboration with the company Homecret, planned the complete redesign of all the spaces, turning it into a real showroom flat. This renovated old flat has become a real showcase for the expertise of the architect and the company that made the microcement flooring.
This coating, which resembles waxed concrete, has a soft, matt texture, can be applied directly to multiple surfaces and does not generate dust, making it an ideal material for a contemporary renovation. Traces of the past are still present, with the weathered wooden beams dating back to the building's construction in 1910. The original interior shutters, stripped of their paint, are combined with a contemporary customised decoration, making this renovated old flat a unique and warm place.
