Une maison recyclable et biodégradable de 85m2 pour les week-ends
Polygoon Architectuur a créée cette maison recyclable et déplaçable mais aussi biodégradable de 85m2, et l'a installée dans un bois au nord de la Belgique. À Brasschaat, la maison de vacances de Wim et Joosie, correspond à leurs envies d'avoir un impact minimum sur l'environnement. Elle a été construite sur des fondations faites de onze poteaux. Les architectes ont privilégié l'utilisation les matériaux abordables, durables et renouvelables. La façade de cette maison recyclable est revêtue de planches écorcées de bois d'origine locale, et ses murs intérieurs sont recouverts d'une finition en OSB.
Wim a même réalisé une grande partie du travail lui-même, qu'il s'agisse de l'extérieur ou de l'intérieur. La maison est très bien isolée et l'unique poêle à bois suffit à la chauffer. Le chauffage de l'eau chaude nécessaire provient d'une pompe à chaleur. Sa surface au sol est limitée, mais elle ne semble pas petite grâce à un volume intérieur en double hauteur et une baie vitrée qui ouvre les espaces de vie sur un patio extérieur. Polygoon Architectuur created this 85m2 recyclable and movable but also biodegradable house, and installed it in a wood in the north of Belgium. Wim and Joosie's holiday home in Brasschaat is in line with their desire to have a minimum impact on the environment. It was built on a foundation of eleven posts. The architects focused on the use of affordable, sustainable and renewable materials. The facade of this recyclable house is clad with locally sourced, debarked wood planks, and its interior walls are finished in OSB.
Wim even did much of the work himself, both on the exterior and interior. The house is very well insulated and is heated by the only wood stove. The necessary hot water heating comes from a heat pump. Its floor space is limited, but it does not feel small thanks to a double-height interior volume and a bay window that opens the living spaces onto an outdoor patio.
