Un duplex de 72m2 minimaliste conçu par un architecte à Paris
C'est dans un ancien appartement mansardé à Paris que le studio d'architecture Atelier Leymarie Gourdon a conçu ce duplex de 72m2 minimaliste. D'une surface au sol de 60m2 avec une mezzanine de 12m2, il offre malgré sa surface moyenne, une impression de volume grâce à ses espaces ouverts à l'horizontale comme à la verticale. Situé au centre de la capitale française, tout près du quartier authentique du Sacré-Cœur, ce duplex de 72m2 est à la fois typique de l'esprit parisien, mais également de la modernité de nos habitats contemporains lorsqu'ils sont bien pensés.
Dans cet environ monochrome et minimaliste basé sur le blanc et le noir, la présence d'un olivier vient apporter un peu de nature. L'arbre provient du jardin du propriétaire en Grèce et semble à son aise dans ce lieu lumineux, éclairé par une large verrière d'atelier. L'escalier sculptural en acier qui mène à la chambre est l'un des éléments les plus frappants de cet intérieur. Il semble presque démesuré dans cette surface et est pourtant parfaitement adapté à l'esprit à la fois brut et élégant de ce duplex. Cerise sur le gâteau, une cheminée ajoute sa note épurée et chaleureuse à cet appartement plein de belles idées, où l'on imagine sans peine que les occupants aiment à vivre.

With a floor area of 60m2 and a mezzanine of 12m2, it offers, despite its average surface, an impression of volume thanks to its horizontal and vertical open spaces. Located in the centre of the French capital, close to the authentic Sacré-Cœur district, this 72m2 duplex apartment is both typical of the Parisian spirit, but also of the modernity of our contemporary homes when they are well thought out.
In this monochrome and minimalist environment based on white and black, the presence of an olive tree brings a bit of nature. The tree comes from the owner's garden in Greece and seems to be at home in this bright space, lit by a large workshop glass window. The sculptural steel staircase that leads to the bedroom is one of the most striking features of this interior. It seems almost out of proportion in this space and yet is perfectly suited to the raw yet elegant spirit of this duplex. The icing on the cake is a fireplace, which adds a warm, uncluttered note to this flat full of beautiful ideas, where one can easily imagine that the occupants enjoy living.
