Cecilia Posternak est architecte d'intérieur et elle aime créer des espaces qui éveillent les sens. Dans sa maison à Hudson en Argentine, elle a mélangé les objets artisanaux, et les textures pour obtenir un endroit qui lui ressemble. Le salon de sa maison par exemple, est fait d'un accord entre les pierres et le velours côtelé, des matériaux et des couleurs qui lui rappellent les paysages de son enfance. Elle a pour principe de réaliser des lieux qui suscitent des émotions, et c'est exactement ce qui se passe dans sa propre maison aux parfums de l'enfance.

Le premier niveau regroupe les pièces de vie, et l'harmonie de la décoration aux tons naturels lient les différents espaces entre eux. On y trouve un mélange de blanc et de bois, que l'on retrouve à l'étage qui abrite les chambres, mais avec quelques touches colorées dans une gamme de vert. La véranda qui donne sur le jardin, prolonge le salon. Cette pièce lumineuse avec ses larges surfaces vitrées fait la jonction entre l'extérieur et l'intérieur de la maison. Le jardin, sa pergola et sa piscine complètent enfin ce tableau parfait. House with a childhood flavour for an interior designer

Cecilia Posternak is an interior designer who likes to create spaces that awaken the senses. In her home in Hudson, Argentina, she has mixed crafts and textures to create a place that feels like home. The living room of her home, for example, is made of a combination of stone and corduroy, materials and colours that remind her of the landscapes of her childhood. Her principle is to make places that evoke emotions, and this is exactly what happens in her own childhood-scented home.

The first level contains the living rooms, and the harmony of the decoration in natural tones links the different spaces together. There is a mixture of white and wood, which is also found on the first floor where the bedrooms are located, but with a few coloured touches in a range of greens. The veranda, which looks out onto the garden, extends the living room. This bright room with its large glass surfaces is the link between the outside and the inside of the house. The garden, its pergola and its swimming pool complete this perfect picture.
