Cet appartement au design jaune et gris a été installé dans un bâtiment ancien, une des premières entreprises de café de Suède. Si la base de sa décoration design est neutre, les accents jaunes que l'on retrouve dans toutes les pièces le rendent très joyeux. Il s'agit là d'un duplex, qui présente les volumes atypiques des appartement sous combles, et a conservé les poutres qui le sortent du quelconque.
Depuis l'entrée, on accède aux niveaux supérieurs par un bel escalier contemporain en bois clair, ainsi qu'à un balcon, un espace toujours recherché en ville. La décoration est sobre, et réservée aux esthètes qui ont un mode de vie minimaliste sans aucun doute. Elle est toutefois dynamisée par ce design jaune et gris qui apporte du peps à l'ensemble. Bien que situé dans un quartier très vivant et proche du centre ville, la position en hauteur de cet appartement lui garanti un calme absolu, c'est une oasis de sérénité en pleine ville, un véritable abri contre les agressions urbaines.
