Canapé jaune pour un loft industriel à l'esprit austère
Dehavilland Studios est un loft industriel à Londres d'une surface moyenne, d'un peu plus de 110m2, mais avec une grande hauteur sous plafond de 4 mètres, qui lui offre une impression de volume importante, ainsi que la possibilité d'avoir une chambre séparée en hauteur. Le canapé jaune de grande dimension installé dans la partie salon vient ensoleiller un espace qui est comme tous ces lieux installés dans des anciens bâtiments industriels, un peu austère.
Les cinq grandes fenêtres orientées à l'est le rendent très lumineux le matin. L'autre élément particulier de sa décoration, outre cet immense canapé jaune, est l' îlot de cuisine mobile, qui permet de s'organiser au mieux selon sa façon de vivre et de cuisiner. La partie chambre non visible sur les photos est accessible avec l'escalier en métal, et est isolée du reste du grand espace ouvert. Le bâtiment dans lequel ce loft est installé date de l'époque Art Déco et a servi d'usine pour l'aviation et la production de pièces détachées pendant la deuxième guerre mondiale.
