Si cet appartement à Madrid, issu de la rénovation d'un bar ne fait que 27m2, l'élégance et la confort n'ont pas été oubliés. L'architecte Carlos Olmeda de COArquitectura dont il s'agit d'un projet personnel, a réalisé un lieu destiné à la location à court terme, avec un budget relativement serré, mais bien entendu aux finitions parfaites. La cuisine bleue et design est sans aucun doute l'élément fort de ce petit appartement de 27m2, à la décoration plutôt neutre et consensuelle.
Le bois fait partie également de ce projet qui reste ambitieux malgré la petite surface, car ce type de logement doit être attirant pour le plus possible de personnes afin de conserver sa rentabilité. L'espace chambre est séparé par un claustra en bois clair, qui laisse passer la lumière tout en préservant une certaine intimité. Il est complété par un bureau, dans le même volume, un petit salon, et enfin la cuisine bleue et design et son coin repas. The blue, designer kitchen is undoubtedly the strongest element of this small 27m2 flat, with a rather neutral and consensual decoration.
Wood is also part of this project, which remains ambitious despite the small surface area, as this type of accommodation must be attractive to as many people as possible in order to remain profitable. The bedroom area is separated by a light wood screen, which allows light to pass through while maintaining a certain degree of privacy. It is completed by an office, in the same volume, a small living room, and finally the blue and design kitchen and its dining area.
