Cet appartement de deux-pièces ancien et rénové, est situé en Suède dans un immeuble construit en 1932 par l'architecte Anders Funkquist. Son accord bleu et bois clair donne à sa décoration une douceur toute scandinave. Très lumineux, il possède des espaces bien définis, et une surface assez grande côté réception, pour recevoir de nombreux amis dans le salon et la cuisine ouverte. La rénovation a mis en valeur le vieux parquet qui a été blanchi, et a conservé malgré tout le charme du passé.

Blue and light wood decor in this one-bedroom apartment

This old and renovated one-bedroom flat is located in Sweden in a building built in 1932 by the architect Anders Funkquist. Its blue and light wood combination gives the decor a soft Scandinavian feel. It is very bright, with well-defined spaces and a large enough area on the reception side to receive many friends in the living room and open kitchen. The renovation has highlighted the old parquet floor which has been bleached, and yet has retained the charm of the past.

The high ceilings, the mullioned windows, give this flat an old-fashioned spirit, while being perfectly adapted to a contemporary life. White is of course an essential component of the Scandinavian decor in this flat, but softened by the pale blue of the kitchen, the warm textiles, the soft carpet, and the furniture with enveloping lines. In the bedroom, the blue has been replaced by a pale grey, which gives the room a serene atmosphere.
