Cette maison espagnole rénovée en style rustique contemporain appartient à Ana et c'est une maison de famille depuis un siècle. Cette ancienne ferme familiale construite en 1640 est celle de son enfance, celle où elle a passé tous ses étés depuis sa naissance. Ana a tout d'abord pensé à la vendre, et devant la difficulté à le faire, s'est lancée dans une profonde rénovation que nous pouvons admirer désormais.
La maison se trouve à Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, sur la côte du Maresme et est un paradis avec sa vue sur la mer et la montagne. Et même si Ana et son mari ont vécu toute leur vie en ville, et se sentent profondément urbains, l'installation dans la maison leur a permis de trouver un nouvel équilibre de vie. Mais comme elle s'est révélée à terme trop grande pour eux, cette maison espagnole rénovée en style rustique contemporain a été mise en location, Anna et sa famille se sont installés dans la petite écurie proche transformée en logement, et cela leur convient désormais parfaitement. This Spanish house, renovated in a contemporary rustic style, belongs to Ana and has been a family home for a century. This old family farmhouse, built in 1640, is the house of her childhood, where she spent all her summers since her birth. At first Ana thought of selling it, but faced with the difficulty of doing so, she embarked on a thorough renovation that we can now admire.
The house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, on the coast of the Maresme and is a paradise with views of the sea and the mountains. And even though Ana and her husband have lived in the city all their lives, and feel deeply urban, moving into the house has allowed them to find a new balance in life. But as it eventually proved too big for them, this Spanish house, renovated in a contemporary rustic style, was rented out, and Anna and her family moved into the small stable nearby, which was converted into a home, and it now suits them perfectly.
