Cette maison traditionnelle rénovée dans la campagne à Majorque a retrouvé une nouvelle vie tout en conservant des aspects anciens. Ainsi les sols typiques en galets ont été largement conservés, ils sont des signatures reconnaissables lorsqu'on regarde les photos de maisons anciennes, tant on les trouve souvent dans cette île des Baléares. Le charme majorquin a été sauvegardé, mais les beaux murs de pierres abritent désormais un intérieur qui a été allégé par le choix du blanc pour de nombreux espaces.
Située dans le sud de l'île, à Cas Concos, et entourée d'un jardin mature et verdoyant, elle a été rénovée totalement par Grup Pastor. Elle a été également agrandie de façon à ce que l'on ne distingue en aucun cas la partie ajoutée et la partie ancienne de cette maison traditionnelle rénovée. La récupération d'éléments d'origine et de matériaux anciens comme les briques faites à la main, le revêtement en pierre des façades, les sols en pavés, les poutres des plafonds et les ferronneries a permis d'intégrer les modifications à l'existant. This renovated traditional house in the countryside of Mallorca has been given a new lease of life while retaining some of its old features. For example, the typical pebbled floors have been largely preserved and are a recognisable signature when looking at photos of old houses, as they are often found on this Balearic island. The Majorcan charm has been preserved, but the beautiful stone walls now house an interior that has been lightened by the choice of white for many spaces.
Located in the south of the island, in Cas Concos, and surrounded by a mature, green garden, it has been completely renovated by Grup Pastor. It has also been enlarged in such a way that there is no distinction between the old and the new parts of this renovated traditional house. The recovery of original elements and old materials such as the handmade bricks, the stone facing of the façades, the cobbled floors, the ceiling beams and the ironwork made it possible to integrate the modifications into the existing.
