C'est en Argentine que la designer Romina González a réaménagé cet appartement de deux-pièces de 30m2 avec patio, transformant un ancien studio totalement abandonné. Autrefois ingénieur, la jeune femme a totalement changement de métier en 2019 pour créer sa propre entreprise, Estudio Habitante. L'appartement était en très mauvais état mais possédait un beau potentiel, avec une luminosité importante, un patio et un plan en L permettant de le diviser facilement.
L'ajout d'une cloison transparente pour créer une chambre dans cet appartement de deux-pièces de 30m2 en a changé l'esprit. La cuisine a été ouverte sur le salon pour amplifier l'impression d'espace, et des couleurs fraiches ont été sélectionnées ainsi que du mobilier léger et confortable. L'accès au patio est un véritable plus pour ce petit appartement qui désormais ne manque pas de charme. Et si au départ, il semblait difficile d'y trouver un intérêt, c'est le propre des bons professionnels de savoir détecter le potentiel d'un lieu dont personne n'a voulu et d'en faire une réussite. In Argentina, designer Romina González has refurbished this 30m2 one-bedroom flat with patio, transforming an old, totally abandoned studio. Formerly an engineer, the young woman has completely changed jobs in 2019 to create her own company, Estudio Habitante. The flat was in a very poor state of repair but had great potential, with plenty of natural light, a patio and an L-shaped floor plan that made it easy to divide.
Adding a transparent partition to create a bedroom in this 30m2 one-bedroom flat changed the spirit of the place. The kitchen has been opened onto the living room to amplify the impression of space, and fresh colours have been selected along with light, comfortable furniture. Access to the patio is a real bonus for this small flat, which is now full of charm. And if at first it seemed difficult to find any interest in it, it's the hallmark of good professionals to be able to spot the potential in a place that nobody wanted and turn it into a success.
