C'est par ce qu'il ne possède pas de balcon que les propriétaires de cet appartement ont décidé de le remplir de plantes à foison
Cet appartement moderne possède deux indéniables atouts : une position au 9eme et dernier étage de l'immeuble où il se trouve, et pas de vis-à-vis proche. Mais il a également un défaut qui pourrait en rebuter plus d'un : pas de sortie extérieure, qu'il s'agisse d'un simple balcon, même petit, ou d'une terrasse. C'est pour cela que ses propriétaires, un jeune couple, a décidé de le remplir de plantes à foison, pour apporter à l'intérieur, ce qui manque à l'extérieur.
Cet appartement conçu comme un loft par les studios d'architectures M1 de l'architecte Martin Drlje Kordich, et SP de l'architecte Sara Plazibat, en Argentine a été présenté au public, lors de Experiencia Living 2023. Les espaces sont interconnectés avec des jeux de cloisons pouvant s'ouvrit et se fermer selon les besoins et les envies. Les couleurs fortes mais aussi sobres ont été sélectionnées pour la décoration de cet appartement, et se marient avec réussite avec les plantes à foison qui font oublier le manque d'espace extérieur. This modern flat has two undeniable assets: it is on the 9th and top floor of the building where it is located, and there are no nearby neighbours. But it also has a drawback that might put some people off: no outside exit, whether it's a simple balcony, even a small one, or a terrace. That's why its owners, a young couple, decided to fill it with plants galore, to bring inside what's missing outside.
This flat, designed as a loft by the architectural studios M1 of architect Martin Drlje Kordich, and SP of architect Sara Plazibat, in Argentina, was presented to the public at Experiencia Living 2023. The spaces are interconnected, with partitions that can be opened and closed according to need and desire.
