Un appartement tourné vers sa terrasse pour sa propriétaire architecte
Lorsqu'elle a découvert cet appartement, l'architecte Melina Trogolo créatrice de MTD Arquitectura en Argentine, en a vu tout de suite le potentiel, mais également les défauts. En effet, son espace extérieur n'était pas exploité comme il le fallait. L'appartement avait une disposition et des éléments désuets, et après dix mois de travaux, elle en a fait cet appartement tourné vers sa terrasse pour elle et sa famille.
Elle vivait autrefois dans un autre appartement, devenu trop petit, mais où elle aimait passer du temps à l'extérieur, sur la terrasse. Lorsqu'elle et son mari ont décidé qu'il était temps de déménager, la présence du même extérieur était un point indispensable, sur lequel ils ne voulaient faire aucune concession. Aussi, la découverte de ce logement était susceptible de réunir leurs besoins, un espace plus grand pour eux et leurs enfants, et les travaux ont fait le reste. La décoration contemporaine et neutre est intemporelle, et conforme à leurs goûts. Désormais, cet appartement tourné vers sa terrasse est l'endroit où ils sont installés pour longtemps. When she discovered this flat, architect Melina Trogolo, creator of MTD Arquitectura in Argentina, immediately saw its potential, but also its shortcomings. Its outdoor space was not being used to its full potential. The flat had an outdated layout and elements, and after ten months of work, she turned it into this terrace-facing flat for herself and her family.
She used to live in another flat, which had become too small, but where she loved to spend time outside on the terrace. When she and her husband decided it was time to move, having the same outside space was something they couldn't compromise on. So finding this home was likely to meet their needs, a larger space for them and their children, and the work did the rest.
