Je vous ai parlé précédemment de Benjamin qui s'est installé dans un petit appartement avec terrasse à Paris après son départ de Lille, dans cet article. Il avait réalisé auparavant une première rénovation d'un studio de 24m2 dans une ancienne loge près de Paris, un projet mené pendant de nombreux mois, puisqu'il avait été commencé avant la pandémie, et que forcément le chantier a pris un certain retard. La mezzanine qui avait été commandée sur mesure au Portugal est ainsi arrivée avec plusieurs mois de délai supplémentaire.
Un ami lui a cédé cette surface auquel il a voulu comme il aime le faire, donner le style d'un mini loft, avec une chambre installée en hauteur. Son amie Clémence , créatrice de Inside Design Plus, venant d'obtenir son diplôme d'architecte d'intérieur, il lui a donc proposé d'en faire son premier projet. Elle a donc élaboré le design et les plans ainsi qu'assuré le suivi de chantier. Une collaboration réussie pour cet appartement qui n'a plus rien à voir avec avant, et qui est devenu un studio de 24m2 dans une ancienne loge, aux couleurs dynamiques et à l'espace bien pensé !Photo : Benjamin Brousse
I previously told you about Benjamin, who moved into a small flat with a terrace in Paris after leaving Lille, in this article. He had previously carried out an initial renovation of a 24m2 studio in a former guardhouse near Paris, a project that took many months to complete, as it had been started before the pandemic, and the work was inevitably somewhat delayed. The mezzanine, which had been custom ordered from Portugal, arrived several months late.
A friend gave him the space, which he wanted to give the style of a mini loft, with a bedroom installed high up. His friend Clémence, creator of Inside Design Plus, had just graduated as an interior designer, so he asked her to make it her first project. She drew up the design and plans, and oversaw the construction work.
