Cette maison préfabriquée et biopassive en bois a été construite par House Habitat non loin de Barcelone pour une famille. Elle comporte trois chambres, deux salles de bain, et un salon-salle à manger en double hauteur avec une cuisine intégrée, pour une surface totale de 140m2. Le fabricant est spécialisé dans la conception de maisons répondant à la norme Passivhaus c'est à dire de constructions à consommation quasi nulle en utilisant exclusivement des matériaux naturels ou durables, respectueux de la santé et de l'environnement, avec le bois comme matière première. Le toit est fait de métal.
La maison est construite avec des matériaux naturels ou issus de sources durables et sa structure est constituée d'une ossature en bois clair préfabriquée en atelier. Son esthétique est contemporaine et le bois grisé de la façade lui permet d'être en harmonie avec son environnement. Le projet a été dessiné par RGA Arquitectes qui en a ensuite confié la construction à House Habitat. Afin de renforcer les performances thermiques, une isolation en fibre de bois a également été installée.
This prefabricated, biopassive wooden house was built by House Habitat not far from Barcelona for a family. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double-height living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, with a total surface area of 140m2. The manufacturer specialises in designing houses that meet the Passivhaus standard, i.e. buildings with virtually zero energy consumption using only natural or sustainable materials that respect health and the environment, with wood as the raw material. The roof is made of metal.
The house is built using natural materials or materials from sustainable sources, and its structure is made up of a light wood frame prefabricated in a workshop. It has a contemporary look, and the greying of the wood on the facade ensures that it is in harmony with its surroundings. The project was designed by RGA Arquitectes, who then awarded the construction contract to House Habitat. Wood fibre insulation was also installed to enhance thermal performance.
