Décorée par Grey Deco, cette maison rénovée des années 1950 possède en plus dans son sous-sol aménagé, un appartement indépendant. Située non loin de Göteborg, elle a été dessinée par l'architecte Henri Borg dans un style classique scandinave de cette époque. Les vastes espaces proposent une décoration contemporaine qui renouvelle son esprit, faite de bois et de blanc, et agrémenté dans certaines pièces comme l'entrée ou une salle de bain par un carrelage Dandelion vert.
Le reste des sols est recouvert d'un parquet de chêne à chevrons, une pose classique et intemporelle qui plait au plus grand nombre. Les papiers-peints graphiques apportent un supplément de couleurs afin de ne pas plonger cette atmosphère dans du neutre à outrance. La cheminée, la cuisine d'un vert clair de la marque Superfront, sont un hommage moderne au passé de cette maison dont l'atmosphère a sur évoluer tout en conservant son charme du milieu du siècle dernier.
