Marbre, laque et bois, voici les matériaux luxueux utilisés dans cet appartement lumineux de 75m2 à la décoration design. Si l'appartement présente un plan et une base classique, car il est situé dans un bâtiment ancien et historique, il a toutefois été rénové par les architectes d'intérieur Maya Guzovskaya et Yana Bykova, de Yana Bykova Interiors dans un style totalement contemporain. Et son luxe ne se cantonne pas à ses matériaux et mobilier, puisqu'il s'agit ici d'un deux-pièces aux larges espaces.
Il a été réalisé pour un jeune couple qui n'avait pas d'idées précises sur ce qu'il voulait, sauf que l'endroit devait être moderne et confortable. Il a été conçu en pensant aux appartements classiques que l'on trouve dans des capitales européennes, aussi bien à Londres, qu'à Paris. À l'origine, l'appartement avait de beaux hauts plafonds et une disposition des pièces en enfilade, qui a été préservée depuis la construction du bâtiment en 1940. Et comme il n'était pas possible d'abattre des cloisons, c'est donc le plan initial qui a été conservé, tout en apportant une décoration plus dans l'air du temps mais aussi intemporelle, où les couleurs claires mettent en valeur les volumes e cet appartement lumineux de 75m2. Marble, lacquer and wood are the luxurious materials used in this bright 75m2 flat with its designer decor. Although the flat has a classic layout and base, as it is located in an old, historic building, it has been renovated by interior designers Maya Guzovskaya and Yana Bykova of Yana Bykova Interiors in a totally contemporary style. And its luxury is not confined to its materials and furnishings, as this is a one-bedroom apartment with plenty of space.
It was designed for a young couple who had no specific ideas about what they wanted, except that the place had to be modern and comfortable. It was designed with the classic flats found in European capitals in mind, such as London and Paris. Originally, the flat had beautiful high ceilings and an open-plan layout, which has been preserved since the building was constructed in 1940. And as it wasn't possible to knock down any partitions, the original layout has been retained, while bringing in a decor that is more in tune with the times, but also timeless, where light colours highlight the volumes of this bright 75m2 flat.
