Le couple des propriétaires de cet appartement design et confortable de 100m2 en a confié l'aménagement et la décoration à l'architecte d'intérieur Yulia Kishkovich. L'appartement situé en centre-ville était destiné à devenir leur résidence familiale et principale, et devait refléter leur goût pour le minimalisme et l'esthétisme tout en restant accueillant et chaleureux. C'est donc une décoration basée sur des couleurs sobres, lumineuses et chaudes qui a été choisie par l'architecte, pour mettre en valeur les oeuvres d'art collectionnées par le couple.
L'appartement est divisé en deux zones : espaces publics et privés. La zone publique se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine et d'un coin repas, chaque espace étant conçu pour être spacieux et fonctionnel. Le bloc privé de cet appartement design et confortable de 100m2 a été séparé par une porte qui révèle une chambre avec dressing et une salle de bain. L'architecte s'est basée sur une combinaison contrastée de différentes textures, avec des accents d'acier, de chrome et de pierre noire. Les portes intérieures sont sans cadre et peintes de la même couleur que les murs pour les intégrer et élargir visuellement l'intérieur. Photo : Nathalie Gertz . A stylish and comfortable 100m2 flat for a couple
The owners of this stylish and comfortable 100m2 flat commissioned interior designer Yulia Kishkovich to design and decorate it. The flat, located in the city centre, was destined to become their family and main residence, and had to reflect their taste for minimalism and aesthetics while remaining warm and welcoming. The architect therefore chose a decor based on sober, bright and warm colours, to highlight the works of art collected by the couple.
The flat is divided into two zones: public and private spaces. The public area comprises a living room, kitchen and dining area, each designed to be spacious and functional. The private area of this stylish and comfortable 100m2 flat has been separated by a door that reveals a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. The architect used a contrasting combination of different textures, with accents of steel, chrome and black stone.
