Dans un quartier central et typique, c'est dans un immeuble ancien du 18e siècle que se trouve cet appartement de 75m2 à Paris, qui a bénéficié d'une rénovation par Charlotte Gille, la créatrice de Happy Pog. Ainsi, l'entrée, la pièce de vie, la cuisine, les chambres et les salle d'eau et toilettes ont été totalement revues. L'appartement appartient à un couple habitant la Bretagne qui vient toutes les semaines dans la capitale pour le travail, et souhaitait en endroit bien à lui.
Le plan était déjà optimisé et l'appartement nécessitait essentiellement une mise à niveau côté décoration, et une refonte totale des pièces comme la cuisine et la salle de douche ainsi que des toilettes. Le parquet existant a été conservé, poncé pour retrouver sa couleur naturelle, et les murs repeints dans un blanc chaud. Des portes de placard sur mesure ont été installées sur les espaces de rangement. La cuisine en L est habillée de portes de Plum Living. Le terrazzo choisi pour les plans de travail et la crédence est intemporel et résistant. Set in a typical central district, in an 18th-century building, this 75m2 flat in Paris has been renovated by Charlotte Gille, the creator of Happy Pog. The entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, shower room and toilet have all been completely redesigned. The flat belongs to a couple living in Brittany who come to the capital every week for work, and wanted a place of their own.
The floor plan had already been optimised and the flat essentially needed updating in terms of decor, and a complete overhaul of rooms such as the kitchen and shower room, as well as the toilet. The existing parquet flooring was retained, sanded to restore its natural colour, and the walls repainted in a warm white. Tailor-made cupboard doors have been fitted to the storage areas. The L-shaped kitchen is fitted with doors from Plum Living. The terrazzo chosen for the worktops and credenza is timeless and hard-wearing.
