Un studio design de 28m2 à l'aménagement optimisé

Ce studio design de 28m2 a une belle surface sans être immense. Situé dans un immeuble centenaire à Göteborg en Suède, il a été réaménagé et redécoré dans un style moderne, en exploitant au mieux son plan rectangulaire. A une extrémité, on trouve la cuisine, à l'autre l'espace de la chambre, caché dans une sorte d'alcôve et entouré par de nombreux placards de rangement. Lumineux et simple, on imagine qu'il peut être le premier appartement idéal pour un étudiant ou une personne seule (étant donnée la taille du lit de 120cm seulement !).

Les murs sont peints classiquement en blanc, ce qui est souvent la règle pour un petit appartement, afin de laisser la lumière qui entre largement dans la pièce unique, donner une sensation d'espace accrue. Le sol est là aussi classique avec un beau parquet clair qui conserve la luminosité des lieux. La cuisine IKEA grise en L est assez vaste pour un studio. Le canapé confortable fait face au lit. L'ensemble du studio donne l'impression agréable de se trouver dans une suite hôtelière, et n'attend plus qu'une personnalisation pour avoir vraiment une âme.

A 28m2 design studio with an optimised layout

This 28m2 design studio is spacious without being huge. Located in a century-old building in Gothenburg, Sweden, it has been refurbished and redecorated in a modern style, making the most of its rectangular floor plan. At one end is the kitchen, at the other the bedroom, hidden in a sort of alcove and surrounded by numerous storage cupboards. Bright and simple, it could be the ideal first flat for a student or a single person ( considering the size of the bed is only 120cm!).

The walls are classically painted white, which is often the rule for a small flat, to let the light flood into the single room and give a feeling of increased space. The floor is also classic, with a beautiful light parquet floor that keeps the space bright. The grey L-shaped IKEA kitchen is quite large for a studio apartment. The comfortable sofa faces the bed. The whole studio gives the pleasant impression of being in a hotel suite, and is just waiting to be personalised to give it a real soul.
