A Paris, la rénovation d'un deux-pièces de 44m2 a été confié à Charlotte Gille, la créatrice du bureau de design intérieur Happy Pog
Dans le 12e arrondissement de Paris, la rénovation d'un deux-pièces de 44m2 a été confié à Charlotte Gille, la créatrice de l'agence de design intérieur Happy Pog. C'est la double exposition qui a séduit immédiatement sa nouvelle propriétaire, et également les détails originaux et anciens, comme le vieux parquet massif, les moulures et les rosaces au plafond, ainsi que la présence d'une cheminée d'origine en marbre noir.
Le plan de l'appartement était à l'origine bien optimisé mais deux cloisons ont tout de même été abattues afin de créer une grande pièce de vie, en supprimant un dressing et en créant un espace salle à manger. Pour le reste des travaux de rénovatio, ils ont porté essentiellement sur la modernisation de l'appartement et sa décoration pour en faire un véritable cocon urbain idéal pour son occupante. Les couleurs se déclinent en vert et en terracotta, un accord très doux qui vient dynamiser le blanc éclatant des murs et des plafonds. In the 12th arrondissement of Paris, the renovation of a 44m2 one-bedroom apartment was entrusted to Charlotte Gille, the founder of the interior design agency Happy Pog. It was the double exposure that immediately appealed to its new owner, as well as the original, antique details, such as the old, solid parquet flooring, the mouldings and rosettes on the ceiling, and the presence of an original black marble fireplace.
The layout of the flat was originally well optimised, but two partitions were knocked down to create a large living room, removing a dressing room and creating a dining area. The rest of the renovation work focused on modernising the flat and its decor to make it a real urban cocoon, ideal for its tenant. The colours are green and terracotta, a very soft harmony that enhances the bright white of the walls and ceilings.
