La designer d'intérieur Margo Kashina a pris en charge l'aménagement et la décoration de cet appartement de 85m2 pour une jeune famille à Barcelone. Situé au centre-ville il nécessitait une complète rénovation afin de l'adapter à leurs goûts et leur façon de vivre. Le défi à relever était de réaliser ce chantier en trois mois maximum afin de permettre à la famille de pouvoir s'installer rapidement. L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble construit en 1901, et a le charme des espaces anciens, mêlé au confort contemporain et à une décoration neutre et intemporelle.
Il n'a fallu qu'un mois à cette professionnelle de grand talent pour établir les plans et les dessins, et les travaux ont pu commencer. En même temps, elle s'est mise à chercher le mobilier et les éléments décoratifs afin de créer des espaces où la famille pourrait vivre et travailler confortablement. La designer et les propriétaires ont convenu d'incorporer des pièces vintage associées à des éléments iconiques modernes dans cet appartement de 85m2 pour une jeune famille qui aime également la photographie en noir et blanc. Interior designer Margo Kashina designed and decorated this 85m2 flat for a young family in Barcelona. Located in the city centre, it needed a complete renovation to adapt it to their tastes and way of life. The challenge was to complete the work in a maximum of three months so that the family could settle in quickly. The flat is in a building constructed in 1901, and has the charm of an old space, combined with contemporary comfort and a neutral, timeless decor.
