L'optimisation de la surface disponible a été au coeur de l'aménagement de ce deux-pièces astucieux de 37m2 créé dans un ancien studio qui avait la particularité d'avoir une grande cuisine. En scindant cette dernière en deux, et en installant une cloison vitrée, il a été possible d'y créer une petite chambre séparée. Celle-ci peut se fermer et devenir plus intime avec un rideau qui l'isole totalement de la vue de la cuisine.

Cet appartement se trouve en Suède dans un immeuble des années 1920, et possède encore ses moulures et rosaces qui lui donnent une élégance certaine. Il est de plus très lumineux, et sa décoration scandinave, alliance de couleurs claires et de bois, le rend particulièrement agréable. Sa petite surface est compensée par une bonne exploitation des mètres carrés disponibles et un design recherché et confortable.

A clever 37m2 one-bedroom with a soft decor

Optimising the available space was at the heart of the design of this clever 37m2 one-bedroom created in a former studio apartment that had the particularity of having a large kitchen. By splitting the kitchen in two and installing a glass partition, it was possible to create a small separate bedroom. This room can be closed off and made more intimate with a curtain that totally isolates it from the view of the kitchen.

This flat is in a 1920s building in Sweden, and still has the mouldings and rosettes that give it a certain elegance. It is also very bright, and its Scandinavian decor, a combination of light colours and wood, makes it particularly pleasant. Its small surface area is compensated for by a good use of the available square metres and a sophisticated, comfortable design.
