Ce dernier a été construit exactement en 1730, à Stockholm, et l'appartement occupe un angle de l'immeuble ce qui lui permet d'être très lumineux, grâce entre autre à ses sept grandes fenêtres qui l'éclairent et ses trois orientations. On y remarque les éléments qui ont été conservés avec soin, comme les soubassements moulurés, les stucs, les rosaces, et les poêles au nombre de trois.
