Des pièces en enfilade et du charme, voici ce qui caractérise cet appartement ancien dans un immeuble du 18e siècle. Ce dernier a été construit exactement en 1730, à Stockholm, et l'appartement occupe un angle de l'immeuble ce qui lui permet d'être très lumineux, grâce entre autre à ses sept grandes fenêtres qui l'éclairent et ses trois orientations. On y remarque les éléments qui ont été conservés avec soin, comme les soubassements moulurés, les stucs, les rosaces, et les poêles au nombre de trois.
Si c'est un appartement de trois-pièces, sa configuration actuelle est optimisée en deux pièces de réception (salle à manger et salon), et une chambre unique. C'est un gris vert qui a été choisi pour les meubles de la cuisine, mais l'élément le plus remarquable de cette pièce, est sans aucun doute son parquet en pin, où l'on a créé un damier ivoire et rouge avec de la peinture.
