La propriétaire bretonne de ce petit appartement parisien dans la famille depuis longtemps souhaitait en faire son pied-à-terre pour ses séjours dans la capitale. Mais il demandait à être revu pour le moderniser, le rendre plus confortable et plus beau. La rénovation du studio de 26m2 à Paris a donc été confié à Charlotte Gille d'Happy Pog, qui avait déjà travaillé avec sa fille sur un autre projet.L'appartement est situé dans le 15e arrondissement, central et dynamique. Sa rénovation devait être totale, comprenant l'entrée, la pièce de vie, la cuisine et la douche.
Elle a été conçue dans le style "suite hôtelière", avec un parti-pris cosy, confortable et élégant. Pour optimiser l’espace, toutes les cloisons de l’appartement ont été abattues, même si les pièces sont restées à leur place. Autrefois manquant un peu de lumière, le choix de la verrière blanche et des tons doux pour cet appartement de petite surface, l'ont rendu beaucoup plus clair et agréable. Le choix a été fait en accord avec la propriétaire de ne pas avoir un canapé et un lit mais d’avoir uniquement un grand lit, au centre de la pièce de vie, ce qui est parfait pour de courts séjours. The Breton owner of this small Parisian flat, which had been in the family for a long time, wanted to make it her pied-à-terre for her stays in the capital. But it needed to be revamped to make it more modern, comfortable and beautiful. The renovation of the 26m2 studio in Paris was entrusted to Charlotte Gille of Happy Pog, who had already worked with her daughter on another project. The flat is located in the 15th arrondissement, which is central and dynamic. The renovation had to be total, including the entrance hall, living room, kitchen and shower.
It was designed in the ‘hotel suite’ style, with a cosy, comfortable and elegant feel. To make the most of the space, all the partitions in the flat have been removed, although the rooms remain where they are. Previously lacking in light, the choice of a white partition and soft tones for this small flat have made it much brighter and more pleasant. In agreement with the owner, the choice was made not to have a sofa and a bed, but to have just one double bed in the centre of the living area, which is perfect for short stays.
