This former Swedish industrial building constructed in 1850, with its brightly-coloured facades, has been transformed into a residential building. The contemporary adaptation has been a success, making the most of the high ceilings to create two bedrooms upstairs. As it was impossible to make windows in the façade of the building, the choice was made to provide indirect lighting through interior windows, which add a charming element to the flat.

In such a large space, particularly in the living room/kitchen area, you shouldn't hesitate to install imposing furniture or large-format wall decor, otherwise it will seem insignificant. The height is also enhanced by the contemporary chandelier by Gino Sarfatti. The Scandinavian decor is both modern and classic, with sober tones enhanced by the blue of the sofa.
