Located in an old building in Göteborg constructed in 1899, it is divided into two volumes of almost equal surface area divided by a hall.

The large, spacious kitchen offers views over the rooftops. The living room and bedroom area are very bright, no doubt due to the presence of three large south-facing windows. The bed is set in an alcove, making it more discreet. All the Scandinavian-style decor is in natural tones and materials, bringing the old architecture up to date.
