Conçue par Backcountry Containers, cette grande maison container de 83m2 est construite à partir de trois anciens containers maritimes de 40 pieds de longueur. La Modern Side Stack est situé dans la campagne du Texas et son plan est composé au premier niveau de deux containers qui forment la cuisine et le salon, ainsi qu'une salle de bain, et relié par un porche, d'un autre module qui comprend la chambre et une autre salle de bain. A l'étage, on trouve une terrasse sur le toit.
On peut également profiter de l'extérieur sur le patio où une salle à manger a été installée, ou bien encore sur la terrasse abritée à l'avant de la maison. La décoration est moderne et classique, offrant un intérieur accueillant et confortable. On remarque dans le salon, la porte vitrée de garage qui se relève, qui permet de s'ouvrir totalement sur l'extérieur. The Modern Side Stack is located in the Texas countryside and its floor plan is made up of two containers on the first level that form the kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom, and connected by a porch, the other module includes the bedroom and another bathroom. Upstairs is a roof terrace.
You can also enjoy the outdoors on the patio, where a dining room has been installed, or on the sheltered terrace at the front of the house. The decor is both modern and classic, creating a cosy and comfortable interior. In the living room, the glass garage door can be opened up, opening the whole house up to the outside world.
