À Segovia, en Espagne, Tini Living signe une grande maison préfabriquée de 150m2 qui réinterprète avec brio l’héritage des Case Study Houses californiennes. Loin des modèles standardisés, ce projet associe rigueur architecturale, sobriété des formes et sensibilité au site. Implantée au cœur d’une forêt de chênes, la maison se fond dans son environnement grâce à sa façade en Viroc rouge, en harmonie avec la terre argileuse du terrain. Ici, on ne lésine pas sur le sens du détail et le respect de la nature : un mur incurvé épouse la silhouette d’un chêne.
À l’intérieur, la chaleur des matériaux naturels domine. Panneaux de pin, parquets en chêne et liège composent une atmosphère douce, presque dorée, qui valorise la lumière et crée un sentiment de refuge. Un studio indépendant, conçu également par Tini Living offre un espace accueillant pour les invités. In Segovia, Spain, Tini Living has designed a large 150m2 prefabricated house that brilliantly reinterprets the heritage of California's Case Study Houses. Far from standardised models, this project combines architectural rigour, simplicity of form and sensitivity to the site. Set in the heart of an oak forest, the house blends into its surroundings thanks to its red Viroc façade, which harmonises with the clay soil of the land. Here, no expense has been spared in terms of attention to detail and respect for nature: a curved wall follows the silhouette of an oak tree.
Inside, the warmth of natural materials dominates. Pine panelling, oak and cork flooring create a soft, almost golden atmosphere that enhances the light and creates a feeling of refuge. A separate studio, also designed by Tini Living, offers a welcoming space for guests. With this large 150m2 prefabricated house, Tini Living is launching its Case Study Tini range: prefabricated houses designed as signature architecture, rational, sustainable and deeply rooted in their location.
