À Saragosse, une famille a confié à une architecte d'intérieur le soin de réinventer son duplex moderne et chaleureux de 130m2. Après vingt ans passés dans leur logement, une famille a choisi de donner un nouveau souffle à son appartement. Plutôt que de repartir de zéro, il s’agissait de préserver l’essence du lieu tout en l’ouvrant à la modernité. Le projet a été confié à Pilar Cinca, architecte d’intérieur et fondatrice de Estudio Punto y Seguido, qui a transformé le premier niveau en un espace lumineux et harmonieux.
La clé du projet réside dans l’ouverture de la cuisine sur le salon, une décision qui change totalement la perception des volumes et fait entrer la lumière naturelle. Cette nouvelle fluidité a aussi permis l’aménagement d’un coin bureau fonctionnel. Les poutres apparentes en béton brut confèrent du caractère, tandis que le parquet rénové assure une parfaite continuité visuelle, malgré le défi de retrouver le même bois posé vingt ans plus tôt. Côté déco, l’appartement mise sur une base neutre et chaleureuse, relevée par des touches de couleur et des pièces de design intemporel. In Zaragoza, a family entrusted an interior designer with the task of reinventing their modern and cosy 130m2 duplex. After twenty years in their home, a family chose to give their apartment a new lease of life. Rather than starting from scratch, the aim was to preserve the essence of the place while opening it up to modernity. The project was entrusted to Pilar Cinca, interior designer and founder of Punto y Seguido Estudio, who transformed the first level into a bright and harmonious space.
The key to the project lies in opening the kitchen onto the living room, a decision that completely changes the perception of the volumes and lets in natural light. This new fluidity also allowed for the creation of a functional office corner. The exposed raw concrete beams add character, while the renovated parquet flooring ensures perfect visual continuity, despite the challenge of finding the same wood laid twenty years earlier. On the decor side, the apartment relies on a neutral and warm base, enhanced by touches of colour and timeless design pieces. Between wall mouldings, ceiling wallpaper, and meticulously thought-out lighting, everything exudes a contemporary spirit in this modern and warm 130m2 duplex. Photo : Jal Lux
