Le propriétaire de cet appartement coloré de 50m2 à Sitges, est un professeur d’économie passionné de décoration intérieure et amoureux de la mer. Avec la designer Lena Zufarova, il a mêlé le design scandinave aux couleurs méditerranéennes afin de créer un lieu apaisant. Quitter Barcelone pour s’installer à Sitges, c’était son rêve. Dans ce petit appartement de 50m2, il souhaitait un intérieur coloré, fonctionnel et ouvert. Avec la designer, il a transformé un espace blanc et sans âme en un appartement plein de couleurs et moderne.
La cloison séparant la cuisine du salon a disparu. À sa place, des commodes Hay claires structurent l’espace tout en laissant passer la lumière naturelle. Ce nouvel aménagement intérieur agrandit visuellement la pièce, un choix parfait pour un petit espace bien aménagé. Le salon, véritable cœur de l’appartement, offre une vue panoramique sur la mer. Le bleu rappelant les flots, et l'ocre et le vert sauge se conjuguent avec réussite. Ces couleurs naturelles rappellent la Méditerranée et se marient aux verres anciens colorés que le propriétaire collectionne. La chambre principale, quant à elle, joue sur les matières naturelles et un éclairage doux pour renforcer la sensation de détente. The owner of this colourful 50m2 flat in Sitges is an economics professor with a passion for interior design and a love of the sea. Working with designer Lena Zufarova, he combined Scandinavian design with Mediterranean colours to create a soothing space. Leaving Barcelona to settle in Sitges was his dream. In this small 50m2 flat, he wanted a colourful, functional and open interior. With the designer, he transformed a white, soulless space into a colourful and modern flat.
The partition separating the kitchen from the living room has disappeared. In its place, light-coloured Hay chests of drawers structure the space while allowing natural light to pass through. This new interior layout visually enlarges the room, a perfect choice for a small, well-designed space. The living room, the true heart of the flat, offers a panoramic view of the sea. The blue reminiscent of the waves, and ochre and sage green combine successfully. These natural colours are reminiscent of the Mediterranean and blend in with the antique coloured glassware that the owner collects. The master bedroom, meanwhile, makes use of natural materials and soft lighting to enhance the feeling of relaxation.
