This 40m2 one-bedroom apartment has been renovated in a monochrome designer style. It cleverly combines preserved features with a contemporary look. Located in a 1927 building in Gothenburg, it blends architectural heritage with modern comfort. The practical entrance hall leads to the large living room with open-plan kitchen. Light-coloured parquet flooring throughout the apartment amplifies the light coming in from the large windows.

A soft grey was chosen for the walls. The open-plan kitchen, black and graphic, opens onto the dining area and living room. Its white tiles contrast with the black furniture, reinforcing the monochrome theme while capturing the light. The living room and dining room enjoy abundant light in the afternoon and evening.  Its quiet and spacious bedroom has a discreet desk under the window overlooking the courtyard. Formerly the kitchen of this flat, which was once a large studio, its conversion has created a truly functional one-bedroom flat.
