À Getxo, les architectes du studio OAT Arquitectura ont transformé un appartement familial de 200m2 en un lieu moderne et lumineux, tourné vers une grande terrasse paysagée. Dans le quartier de Neguri, cette rénovation complète a redéfinit les codes de cet appartement des années 70. L’objectif était clair, créer un espace de vie ouvert, connecté à la terrasse et plus actuel. Dès l’entrée, le regard traverse désormais le salon et la salle à manger jusqu’à l'extérieur. Le décloisonnement apporte une lumière naturelle généreuse et donne une impression d’espace augmentée. La terrasse de 35m2 est pensée comme une pièce supplémentaire. Les architectes ont travaillé les circulations pour préserver l’équilibre entre ouverture et intimité familiale. Une cloison en fer forgé, habillée de tissu Wood Notes, filtre les vues et délimite la salle à manger avec élégance. Cette composition met en valeur une fresque murale, devenue un point focal (fresque murale Jarawa d'Ananbo).
La décoration intérieure mêle les matières chaleureuses, les motifs graphiques et les références iconiques du design moderne. Autour de la table, les chaises Cesca de Marcel Breuer dialoguent avec une suspension Vertigo signée Constance Guisset. Les tissus, papiers peints et éléments sur mesure apportent profondeur et personnalité aux espaces. La salle de bain invités adopte un esprit naturel, avec pierre, bois et motifs ikat . Dans les espaces privés, la suite parentale est tapissée d'un papier peint rayé (modèle Sari de la collection Nomades d'Elitis). Chaque pièce possède sa propre identité, tout en conservant une cohérence avec l'ensemble de l'appartement. Cette rénovation réalisée par des architectes, valorise autant les volumes que les liens avec l’extérieur.
In Getxo, architects from the OAT Arquitectura studio have transformed a 200m2 family apartment into a modern, bright space opening onto a large landscaped terrace. Located in the Neguri neighbourhood, this complete renovation has redefined the style of this 1970s apartment. The goal was clear: to create an open living space connected to the terrace and more in line with current trends. From the entrance, the eye now travels through the living room and dining room to the outside. The open-plan layout brings in generous natural light and gives an impression of increased space. Its 35m2 terrace is designed as an additional room. The architects worked on the circulation to preserve the balance between openness and family privacy. A wrought iron partition, covered with Wood Notes fabric, filters the views and elegantly delimits the dining room. This composition highlights a mural, which has become a focal point (mural by Ananbo).
The interior design combines warm materials, graphic patterns and iconic references to modern design. Around the table, Marcel Breuer's Cesca chairs interact with a Vertigo pendant light by Constance Guisset. Fabrics, wallpapers and bespoke elements add depth and personality to the spaces. The guest bathroom has a natural feel, with stone, wood and ikat patterns. In the private areas, the master bedroom is decorated with striped wallpaper (Sari model from the Nomades collection by Elitis). Each room has its own identity, while maintaining consistency with the apartment as a whole. This renovation, carried out by architects, enhances both the volumes and the links with the outside world.
