À Minsk, cet appartement de 53m2 rénové est situé dans un immeuble ancien construit en 1950. Sa rénovation menée par la designer Maria Zaitseva  respecte l’âme du lieu tout en apportant une allure moderne. Elle a imaginé un décor inspiré de la cour intérieure verdoyante de l'immeuble, comme un écho végétal glissé entre les murs. Les teintes vert céladon et crème lui donnent une atmosphère douce, relevée par la présence du noyer. La cuisine et le séjour ont été réunis pour créer un espace commun baigné de lumière grâce aux deux fenêtres. Le plafond et les murs peints d’une seule couleur estompent les lignes et adoucissent les volumes. La bibliothèque, dessinée sur mesure, grimpe jusqu’au plafond et amplifie l'impression de volume.

Le parquet en chevrons anglais posé en diagonale donne du rythme au sol. Les carreaux verts en fond de cuisine dialoguent avec les textiles des chaises et du canapé. Le coin repas, éclairé par la suspension Formakami JH4 , se détache derrière la bibliothèque ajourée qui filtre la vue. Dans la chambre, le papier-peint panoramique évoque une chaîne de montagnes enveloppée de brume. Les lampes de chevet ont des formes organiques apaisantes. A renovated 53m2 flat: green palette and walnut wood

This renovated 53m2 apartment in Minsk is located in an old building constructed in 1950. Its renovation, carried out by designer Maria Zaitseva, respects the spirit of the place while adding a modern touch. She created a décor inspired by the building's green inner courtyard, like a vegetal echo slipped between the walls. The celadon green and cream tones give it a soft atmosphere, enhanced by the presence of walnut. Its kitchen and living room have been combined to create a shared space bathed in light thanks to the two windows. The ceiling and walls, painted in a single colour, blur the lines and soften the volumes. A custom-designed bookcase reaches up to the ceiling, amplifying the impression of volume.

The diagonal English herringbone parquet flooring adds rhythm to the floor. Green tiles at the back of the kitchen complement the fabrics of the chairs and sofa. The dining area, lit by the Formakami JH4 pendant light, stands out behind the openwork bookcase, which filters the view. In the bedroom, the panoramic wallpaper evokes a mountain range shrouded in mist. The bedside lamps  have soothing organic shapes.
