C'est Igor Sirotov qui en association avec l'architecte Ruslan Bondarchuk, a réalisé ce projet d'appartement en Ukraine et fait  de celui-ci un espace au look loft, mais avec de nombreuses pièces fermées. Le bois est associé aux briques et au verre, pour créer un environnement totalement contemporain.
