La rénovation d'un véritable loft de 62m2 à Moscou
Ce loft est issu du projet des architectes de BURO5 qui ont trouvé ce local construit en 1914 à Moscou, juste avant la révolution. Initialement le plafond culminait à 4,20m, mais après avoir retiré le faux plafond, ils ont découvert un ensemble de poutres anciennes, certaines en bois, d'autres en métal ainsi qu'une fenêtre en hauteur. Ce sont ces éléments qui ont conduit le projet de ce loft de 62m2 comme on les aime, avec ses briques anciennes, son allure contemporaine mariée aux éléments d'époques, et sa cheminée. This loft was designed by the architects of BURO5, who found this premises built in 1914 in Moscow, just before the revolution.
