This small wooden house of 17m2 is sold at a very affordable price.
Novablok is a French company (I know you were expecting it), which designs a range of small houses made entirely of wood, delivered in less than twelve weeks on the site of your choice with customised finishes. The range is essentially composed of two models, Miniblok of 17m² and Maxiblok of 37m². The basic price is about 1300 € per square metre for the smallest, 1800 € per square metre for the largest (for a do-it-yourself model), which gives a price of about 22.000 € for the smallest house. The big plus is that these are passive houses, therefore ecological and sustainable. French architect Julien Ménard and designer Anseau Delassalle are at the origin of this project, which has a modularity that allows you to really get the small house of your dreams. The facades, some of which are treated with the traditional Japanese technique called "Shou-sugi-ban" which consists of burning the wood slats on the surface in order to reinforce it naturally, are an additional asset for these constructions which will integrate perfectly into nature.
