Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble des années 1940 en Argentine, ce studio design longtemps abandonné a été parfaitement rénové par Rodrigo Battaglia du studio d'architecture BA|SZ, qu'il dirige avec Luciana Szechter. Avec son associée et la collaboration de l'architecte Adrián Presta, il a été aménagé de façon rationnelle, et bénéficie d'un bien rare : une immense terrasse avec vue imprenable fait le tour du petit appartement et augmente de façon importante sa surface. Located on the top floor of a 1940s building in Argentina, this long abandoned design studio has been perfectly renovated by Rodrigo Battaglia of BA|SZ architecture studio, which he manages with Luciana Szechter. Together with his partner and the collaboration of the architect Adrián Presta, the studio has been rationally furnished and has a rare asset: a huge terrace with a breathtaking view surrounds the small apartment and significantly increases its surface area.
