Un loft design dans un immeuble du 15e siècle à Gérone

Ce loft au design industriel a été réalisé dans un immeuble datant du 15e siècle dans la ville de Gérone en Espagne, par les professionnels d'Almeda Estudi. Situé au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment, il a bénéficié d'une rénovation complète pour moderniser ses 135 m2 tout en conservant ses beaux murs en pierres d'origine, et en facilitant la circulation de la lumière traversante, grâce à la suppression des cloisons inutiles. La beauté des volumes et des éléments anciens a conduit à le décorer de façon simple et confortable, pour ne pas surcharger l'espace dont l'esthétique se suffit à elle-même. Photo : Joan Diví

Design loft in a 15th century building in Girona
This industrial design loft was created in a 15th century building in the city of Girona, Spain, by the professionals at Almeda Estudi. Located on the second floor of a building, it has undergone a complete renovation to modernise its 135 m2 while retaining its beautiful original stone walls, and facilitating the circulation of light through it, thanks to the removal of unnecessary partitions. The beauty of the volumes and the former elements led to decorate it in a simple and comfortable way, so as not to overload the space, whose aesthetics are sufficient in themselves. Photo: Joan Diví
