Les propriétaires de cet appartement en ont confié la rénovation en mode design à l'architecte José Duque de Duke's house
Le couple des propriétaires qui a acheté cet appartement des années 1970 l'a trouvé dans un état déplorable. Mais la terrasse était là comme une promesse de vie à l'extérieur au soleil. Ils ont confié à l'architecte José Duque de Duke's house la rénovation totale, adoptant un mode design et des espaces ouverts contemporains, réalisés en abattant certaines cloisons qui ont révélé des poutres en béton.
La décoration intérieure quoi qu'elle soit épurée reste chaleureuse, grâce à l'utilisation du bleu sans tomber dans l'overdose et au mélange des matériaux naturels comme le bois et la terre cuite. Cet accent coloré est mis en valeur par des murs blancs, et la belle luminosité qui provient de l'extérieur. La cuisine est pivot autour duquel s'articulent les différents espaces salon. The owner couple who bought this 1970s flat found it in a deplorable state. But the terrace was there as a promise of outdoor living in the sun. They commissioned architect José Duque of Duke's house to carry out the total renovation, adopting a contemporary design style and open spaces, achieved by knocking down some of the partitions which revealed concrete beams.
The interior decoration, although refined, remains warm, thanks to the use of blue without going overboard and the mix of natural materials such as wood and terracotta. This colourful accent is enhanced by the white walls and the beautiful luminosity that comes from the outside. The kitchen is the central point around which the various living areas are structured.
