La rénovation réussie et moderne de cet appartement situé dans le quartier du Raval à Barcelone a été réalisée par Arc Disseny dans un style à la fois scandinave et industriel, sans oublier les touches méditerranéennes qui lui donnent une personnalité chaleureuse. Les professionnels ont organisé les pièces d'une façon à unifier les zones du salon, de la salle à manger et de la cuisine, désormais ouvertes les unes sur les autres. La cuisine peut toutefois se fermer totalement avec une cloison coulissante si nécessaire. On a obtenu ainsi un large espace de vie complété par deux chambres qui ont été conservées.
Le départ pour penser la décoration est le mur de briques anciennes, qui est parfait pour une décoration scandinave et industrielle, mais sans oublier les poutres et les volets à lamelles orientables typiquement méditerranéens. Les pièces de mobilier ont été pour la plupart fabriquées sur mesure, et la rénovation réussie et moderne de cet appartement tient à tous ces éléments ajoutés les uns aux autres, et qui en font un endroit parfait pour ses propriétaires. The professionals have organised the rooms in such a way as to unify the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, which are now open to each other. However, the kitchen can be completely closed off with a sliding partition if necessary. The result is a large living area, complemented by two bedrooms that have been retained.
The starting point for the decoration is the old brick wall, which is perfect for a Scandinavian and industrial decoration, but without forgetting the beams and the typically Mediterranean shutters with adjustable slats. The furniture pieces were mostly custom made, and the successful and modern renovation of this flat is due to all these elements added together, which make it a perfect place for its owners.
