Les évènements des dernières années nous ont prouvé à quel point se sentir chez soi comme en vacances à l'année pouvait être un motif de grande satisfaction et d'équilibre. C'est à Aix-en-Provence que l'architecte d'intérieur Laure Arancio de La Nostra Secrets d'Intérieur a réalisé l'aménagement de ce jardin de ville de 200m2 avec une mini piscine intégrée dans une terrasse en bois. Ce bassin de 2,5m X 4m est hors sol, mais avec cette installation dans la terrasse de 55m2, on n'oublie qu'on ne se trouve pas devant une piscine creusée.
L'accès pour des engins de terrassement est souvent difficile dans les jardins de ville, enserrés dans les habitations, et qui ne donnent pas directement sur une rue. Une piscine hors-sol à monter est souvent la solution la plus économique pour les équiper sans engager des frais faramineux. Comme nous nous trouvons dans une ville méditerranéenne baignée par le soleil le plus souvent dans l'année, le choix a été fait, outre la piscine et la terrasse en bois, d'installer un gazon synthétique de qualité pour habiller le reste du jardin, évitant ainsi les arrosages. Ce petit jardin de ville abandonné à son triste sort est désormais avec sa mini piscine intégrée dans une terrasse, un endroit charmant pour passer ses journées jusque tard dans la nuit grâce à son éclairage.

In Aix-en-Provence, interior designer Laure Arancio of La Nostra Secrets d'Intérieur designed a 200m2 city garden with a mini swimming pool integrated into a wooden terrace. This 2.5m x 4m pool is above ground, but with this installation in the 55m2 terrace, you don't forget that you are not looking at an in-ground pool.
Access for earthmoving equipment is often difficult in city gardens, which are enclosed by houses and do not open directly onto a street. An above-ground pool is often the most economical way to equip them without incurring huge costs. As we are in a Mediterranean town bathed in sunshine most of the year, the choice was made, in addition to the swimming pool and the wooden terrace, to install a quality synthetic lawn to cover the rest of the garden, thus avoiding watering. This small city garden, abandoned to its sad fate, is now, with its mini swimming pool integrated in a terrace, a charming place to spend the day until late at night thanks to its lighting.
