J'aime beaucoup le travail de Charlotte Gille, créatrice du studio d'architecture intérieur Happy Pog, dont je vous ai déjà parlé de nombreuses fois. La rénovation totale et contemporaine d'un appartement de 34m2 à la lisière de Paris, est encore une réussite. Cet appartement de 34m2 situé dans un immeuble des années 30 avait un beau potentiel, mais nécessitait une refonte totale, car sa surface n'était pas optimisée. Mais l'avantage était de ne pas y trouver de mur porteur. This 34m2 flat, located in a building dating from the 1930s, had great potential, but was in need of a total makeover, as its surface area was not optimised. But the advantage was that there were no load-bearing walls. The rooms were therefore redistributed, with the bathroom installed in the former kitchen and, conversely, the kitchen installed in the former bathroom. A borrowed light bedroom has been created to transform this pleasantly spacious studio into an almost small one-bedroom. The fresh, simple decor is not lacking in elegance, and the practical details are plentiful, thanks to the total, contemporary renovation that has been masterfully carried out.
