Baptisée Câpsula, cette mini maison pour les vacances a été conçue par les designers de I29 aux Pays-Bas. Le concept a été lancé pendant la Dutch Design Week 2023. Le modèle de base est décliné en trois versons, et est préfabriqué en usine : Soft Lodge, Writer's Block Hut et Tiny Holiday Home. La mini maison de vacances présente une architecture minimaliste, avec une façade en bois, et un intérieur élégant en bois clair.
Chaque mini maison peut accueillir quatre personnes, et comporte une pièce de vie avec une cuisine ouverte, un ou deux chambres et un patio. Elle est éclairée par de grandes fenêtres, et surfe sur un mode de vie décroissant, s'installant aussi bien comme résidence de loisirs, habitat supplémentaire dans le jardin d'une maison déjà existante, ou bien encore logement principal sur un terrain constructible si l'on répond aux exigences de la région et de la ville où l'on souhaite l'installer.

The mini houses feature a minimalist architecture, with a wooden façade and an elegant light wood interior.
Each mini house sleeps four people, and features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one or two bedrooms and a patio. They are lit by large windows, and are in tune with the downsizing lifestyle, whether as a leisure residence, an additional dwelling in the garden of an existing house, or as the main home on a building plot if you meet the requirements of the region and town where you want to build.
