Un appartement design à Limassol qui regarde vers la mer
Sur un côté, la ville, sur l'autre la mer. Cet appartement design à Limassol sur l'île ensoleillée de Chypre a choisi de s'ouvrir sur le paysage maritime et de s'isoler de la vision urbaine. L' architecte d'intérieur Natalia Maslova, de NM Art & Interiors, a pris en charge la décoration de ce lieu situé dans un immeuble neuf du centre de la ville, dans un complexe touristique. La famille de propriétaires voyage beaucoup et ne passe ici que des vacances. L'appartement doit être facile à vivre, assez simple côté décoration et aménagement, car destiné à être loué à l'avenir, et surtout privilégier la vue sur la mer.
Celle-ci est le point focal du salon, et on peut en profiter également depuis la grande terrasse. Pour privilégier cet élément essentiel, de fins rideaux ont été installés sur les grandes baies vitrées, permettant à la lumière d'entrer dans la grande pièce, mais d'être fermés côté urbain pour ne garder que cette vue magique. Ce vaste appartement de 140m2 est meublé et décoré dans des tons sobres afin de conserver un aspect consensuel, pouvant être apprécié de tous. Cela n'exclue pas la présence de certains éléments artistiques, comme dans la salle à manger, avec la décoration murale originale. Elle a été réalisée sur mesure par le duo britannique Vezzini & Chen, dans un style composition intitulée Water & Sand, ce qui est très symbolique de l'esprit recherché pour cet appartement design à Limassol. The city on one side, the sea on the other. This designer flat in Limassol on the sunny island of Cyprus has chosen to open out onto the seascape and isolate itself from the urban vision. Interior designer Natalia Maslova, of NM Art & Interiors, took charge of the decor for this apartment, located in a new building in the centre of the town, in a tourist complex. The owners' family travel a lot and only spend holidays here. The flat had to be easy to live in, fairly simple in terms of decor and furnishings, as it was intended to be rented out in the future, and above all feature a sea view.
This is the focal point of the living room, and can also be enjoyed from the large terrace. To emphasise this essential element, fine curtains have been installed over the large bay windows, allowing light to enter the great room, but closed on the urban side to preserve only this magical view. This vast 140m2 flat has been furnished and decorated in sober tones to maintain a consensual look that can be appreciated by everyone. This does not exclude the presence of certain artistic elements, as in the dining room, with its original wall decor. It was made to measure by the British duo Vezzini & Chen, in a composition style entitled Water & Sand, which is very symbolic of the spirit sought for this design flat in Limassol.
