Belgrano est un des quartiers les plus actifs de Buenos Aires en Argentine. Et c'est ici qu'Elisa a eu la chance de découvrir une maison à rénover, qui correspondait à ses attentes en terme de potentiel. Elle connaissait parfaitement le secteur et l'aimait, y cherchait depuis des mois un lieu pour habiter ici, et n'a pas hésité longtemps avant de se lancer dans l'aventure de la rénovation pour réussir sa maison de ville ancienne modernisée et rénovée selon ses goûts et ceux de sa famille.
Ses envie en termes de décoration et de style de vie étaient nombreuses, et ce projet était la meilleure occasion pour les réaliser malgré un budget limité. Il a fallu 15 mois et beaucoup de travail personnel pour arriver au résultat. La créativité, la récupération ont été au centre du chantier et voici donc la maison, et son annexe pour les amis et la famille à l'étage supérieur qui sont enfin terminées. Le potentiel qu'elle avait su déceler est mis en valeur par des couleurs et des imprimés joyeux, qui dynamisent les murs blancs. Belgrano is one of the busiest neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires, Argentina. And it was here that Elisa was lucky enough to discover a house to renovate that matched her expectations in terms of potential. She knew and loved the area, had been looking for a place to live here for months, and didn't hesitate for long before embarking on the renovation adventure to make a success of her townhouse, modernised and renovated to suit her tastes and those of her family.
She had many desires in terms of decor and lifestyle, and this project was the perfect opportunity to fulfil them on a limited budget. It took 15 months and a lot of hard work to achieve the result. Creativity and recycling were at the heart of the project, and now the house and its annex for friends and family on the upper floor are finally finished. The potential she had spotted has been brought to life with cheerful colours and prints that bring the white walls to life. This old town house has been skilfully modernised and renovated by its owners, proving that with hard work and ideas, you can create a place that truly reflects your personality.
