This 145m2 flat at the top of a tower on the 17th floor of a modern residence enjoys incomparable light and a panoramic view. It was designed by interior architect Nadezhda Karakash of Studio K2-Interiors, who was able to create a décor that brings together everything she loves, with a design spirit that is almost minimalist, and a harmonious blend of clean lines and luxurious materials.

Although she initially dreamed of a separate kitchen, she made a concession in favour of an open-plan kitchen, the design of which blends in perfectly with the style of the living room. For this 145m2 flat at the top of a tower, she chose the aesthetic of an art gallery. The various contemporary works of art stand out against the neutral backdrop, creating an elegant space where natural materials provide the necessary touch of balance.
